Creating Your Keepsake
|
Choosing the size
The first step in creating your unique keepsake is to determine the size you would like to have.
- Specific size. If you have space requirements where you will display your keepsake, choosing a standard size is preferable. We will use as many of your flowers as will fit the desired size.
- Enclose the whole bouquet. If you would like to have the entire bouquet or all flowers sent to us for preservation enclosed in the keepsake, we will carefully measure your items and inform you of the size our designers think would be best. You can then make your decision on final size.
We have listed our standard sizes in our website, but if you are choosing a shadowbox, we can create any size that is required in square or rectangle designs.

Shadowboxes
Shadowboxes are framed boxes of varying depths with a flat glass covering. They can have window mat (single or double) and calligraphy on the window mat or background mat to personalize.
Benefits: Because there is a flat glass covering, design is not limited to flowers in the center of the frame; window mat can be double with a second mat to match the flowers or frame; calligraphy is available on the window mat or background mat. Shadowboxes generally offer more choices than bubble domed frames. We can also create custom size shadowboxes for whatever you need!

Bubble Domed Frames
Bubble domed frames have a plexiglass dome that fits into the frame. The dome is available in various depths up to 6 inches in the center.
Benefits: Side view of the flowers unlike the shadowbox; unique shapes available such as heart, oval, round, and octagon.
Drawbacks: cannot fit as many items into a domed frame because the sides slope down to meet the frame; also design is limited to placing flowers in the center of the frame. Cannot have calligraphy on the window mat. | | |
